The works are being executed at Division level based on the funds released by the Board every month. The Board is releasing funds headwise of works only and no separate allocations is being made for Districtwise.
Hence the details now called for in the format communicated in Government letter could not be furnished at Division level since the same are being maintained by Board’s office.
Moreover the review meetings being conducted at Chennai by the OSD , are also being attended at Board’s level and relevant particulars being furnished by Board directly.
