Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana
The Government of India launched PMGSY on 25th December 2000 to provide all-weather roads, to all rural habitations with population more than 1,000 in the first phase and to all habitations with population between 500 and 1,000 in the second phase. This is a 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme.
